What Is a Stamped Steel Door Panel?
A stamped steel door panel is a sheet of galvanized or cold-rolled steel that has been shaped using a high-pressure stamping press and custom dies. The process creates raised or recessed patterns – such as ribbed, flush, or carriage-house designs – that enhance both rigidity and visual appeal. Unlike flat steel sheets, stamped panels have a three-dimensional surface that resists dents and adds structural strength without increasing weight.
